Michael Redbord’s first role at HubSpot was onboarding customers to the marketing platform. His role expanded until, seven years later, he was leading the entire division as the VP of Services & Support. Most recently, Michael has stepped into the role of General Manager on HubSpot’s soon-to-be-released Customer Hub–leading development on a product designed to make the lives of tomorrow’s support leaders just a little bit easier.
